2. Covered Items: This warranty encompasses defects in materials and craftsmanship of the stainless-steel cutlery components. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or damage resulting from non-compliance with care instructions.
3. Warranty Claims: If a covered defect arises, please contact our customer service within the generous 25-year warranty period. We may request proof of purchase to validate the claim.
4. Resolution: Upon confirmation of a covered defect, Grand Wazir will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective cutlery set or components. This warranty does not cover shipping or transportation costs associated with the warranty claim.
