- Warranty Claims: If a covered defect arises, please contact our customer service within the generous 25-year warranty period. We may request proof of purchase to validate the claim.
- Resolution: Upon confirmation of a covered defect, Grand Wazir will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective cutlery set or components. This warranty does not cover shipping or transportation costs associated with the warranty claim.
